"And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee."

“And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession: and I will be their God." Genesis 17:7,8)

Everlasting.....eternal.....the land of Canaan is a gift from God to Abraham's descendants, forever.

The judge is absolutely correct. One only needs to look at the 'Mandate for Palestine' of the League of nations and the 'San Remo conference' decisions to know that. The World Court in the 60's decided that the UN is not a continuation of the league and therefore its decisions are still binding and cannot be changed. Therefore Jewish settlement in Judaea and Samaria is completely legal.
